Two names show up across this site, and they are attached to two different jobs. Here is what each person actually does, not a generic staff bio.

Naomi Foster

Contributing Writer, Healthcare. Naomi is the one who sits with the pricing data and turns it into what you read here: the eyelid surgery guides, the calculator's underlying price logic, the Medicare and insurance rules for functional cases, and the week-by-week recovery notes. She carries no clinical license and does not diagnose or advise on a specific patient's candidacy for surgery; that stays with a board-certified plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon. Her actual job is reading source material closely, American Society of Plastic Surgeons fee reports among them, and converting it into ranges a reader can use, flagging plainly anywhere a guide is estimating rather than quoting a documented number. Healthcare and cosmetic-procedure pricing is her beat across the Encore Editorial group of sites.

Chris Terry

Founder and Editor. Chris started this site and the wider group of cost-guide properties it belongs to, and he decides what a guide has to clear before it goes live. He wants this on the record: he is not the one drafting the blepharoplasty content, Naomi researches and writes it, and his part is checking it against the sourcing rules before it publishes. Reader corrections come to him first, and he is the one responsible for keeping the calculator's underlying assumptions from drifting out of date.

Why bylines matter here

When a guide carries Naomi's name, she wrote it, full stop; there is no shared house voice or an invented review panel standing in for a real person. Should another writer ever join this project, expect their name attached only to the pieces they actually researched themselves.
